Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 3 days of receiving if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on most of our items due to sanitation reasons. All eligible items must be unopened or tampered with. You have 7 days from receipt to inform us by email (info@bronsunusa.com) if you need to return an Eligible item. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 


Refunds
No refunds or exchanges are allowed for our products unless we sent the wrong item. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items by shipping carrier. Once scanned in by the shipping company, we can no longer be responsible for any items.
