Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

- Free shipping on orders $150 and over (US only)

- Allow 1 to 3 days for processing.

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (Excluding holidays). Same day processing and shipping on orders placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship next business day.

- Priority Shipping and UPS Expedited shipping dates are approximate. Please allow 1 to 3 days for us to process. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. We are not responsible for late packages and cannot refund shipping charges.

- USPS ground shipping can in some instances take up to 10 business days for delivery.

- PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. If orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, missing apartment or suite number, etc., the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to reship the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that for international shipments, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the customs authorities in the destination country.
